“Going to Battle Creek” Written By: Harry Gribnitz I am pleased to announce that I have formed a business partnership with another Home Loan Specialist here at Priority Mortgage!!!!! Brenda Schuitema and I have created a business partnership to help serve you better. While we will each maintain our own business and clients, we will share resources and expertise whenever possible. We will have twice the resources, to help one of our favorite charities or run a special promotion for you. When I am out of town, Brenda will be able to answer your questions and keep the purchase of your new home on schedule. If I need help solving a difficult mortgage issue, I’ll be able to call on her experience and expertise to help solve the problem. Brenda brings 19 years of mortgage experience as both a mortgage processor and loan officer for several companies. During that time, she has helped hundreds and hundreds of people purchase their homes. To quote Brenda, “I love what I do because every day brings a new puzzle to solve. Sometimes it is an easy one, sometimes I am able to help someone that no one else would.” Brenda’s experience and expertise was not the real reason I offered her the opportunity to form a partnership. We are fortunate at Priority Mortgage to have several mortgage officers with extensive experience and knowledge. Brenda brings something very special to our partnership. Please let me share a story. Brenda and I attended a hockey game in Kalamazoo a few weeks ago. (No, it is not just because she likes hockey.). At the end of the game, we spotted a pickup truck that was having a difficult time getting started in the freezing weather. I maneuvered my truck nearby, but all attempts to “jump” start the truck were futile. The driver was a dad with his young son at their first hockey game together. We gave them a ride to a nearby restaurant. Brenda loaned her cell phone, so that he could try to call home in Battle Creek. After a couple of calls, it appeared that they would not be able get a ride home. Brenda and I glanced at each other and simultaneous said we’re “going to Battle Creek.” It is not just the knowledge in her head, but the caring spirit in her heart, that makes Brenda the perfect business partner.
