For Buyers

The For Buyers Section provides the information you will need to take you through the entire home buying process. It will help you get started with basic information on pre-qualification, financing, the home purchase process and the West Michigan Community. In addition, it also takes you through the steps after you sign the purchase agreement.

Home Buyer Education Course
The Home Buyer Education program provides a series of articles to help prepare you to purchase your new home. It includes information for first time buyers, move-up buyers, purchasers of vacation or second homes and investors purchasing rental property. After each article you will have an opportunity to contact us with your questions or to submit information for Pre-Qualification for a mortgage.

Pre-Qualification Form
The Pre-Qualification form is easy to complete, but provides the basic information to check your qualifications to obtain a mortgage. It will help us to identify programs that might best meet your needs. When you submit your information you are giving us permission to check your credit, one of the most important factors in qualifying you for a mortgage.

Financing Information Center
The Financial Information Center provides basic information on specific mortgage programs. You will find information and special programs to meet your unique situation.
