For Purchases

We will pay the full cost of your appraisal (up to $300.00). We still have a full range of fixed rate mortgage programs with low or no down payment! (Conventional, FHA with Down Payment Assistance, VA and USDA Rural Development). We can even finance manufactured homes! Let’s take advantage of the current market to purchase the home you need.

For Refinances

We will pay up to $150.00 towards the cost of your appraisal. Our Business partner’s at Metropolitan Title will be offering $99.00 closing costs with no wire fees or processing fees. (Please see the attached announcement from Metropolitan Title). Total savings will be at least $300.00 below standard costs.

The Fine Print: Your purchase or refinance must close through Harry Gribnitz, Your Home Loan Specialist for Life! Closing must occur no later than April 15, 2008.
